Ms. Aritta Gracia L. Girsang (Gracia)

Ms. Gracia is currently studying her Master's in Diplomacy and Trade. She previously teaches at Parahyangan Catholic University and has been involved in Youth Employment Network since 2002. As the founder of Anomali she specializes in external communication with our domestic partners.

2. Best Novice of the 2nd Founders Trophy Debate Champhionship (2003)
3. Indonesian youth representative at the ILO Conference (ILC) Side Event, Geneva, Switzserland (2005)

Mr. Reggy Hasibuan (Reggy)

Mr. Reggy currently works as debate coach for high school students. As the founder of Anomali he specializes in field works, directly meeting the Indonesian youths and providing them with consultation and training.

Relevant achievements:

1. Champion of All-Java Debate Competition (1998) and has been active in debate ever since
   
2. Indonesian delegates to the 1st and 2nd ASEAN Environmental Debate, Malaysia (1999 and 2000), to International Visitor Program (IVP), USA (2002) and to IVP alumni, Thailand (2003)
3. Indonesian Master Debate Champion (2006)

Mr. Octavianus Brahmantya (Bram)

After graduating from Computer Science, Parahyangan University, Mr. Bram now works as a division head in PT. Sugison Senada, a Jakarta-based materials importer. He is also currently studying for his Chartered Financial Analyst certification.
