Public School IV in Malang Municipality was one of the first schools to participate in the program. The students are continuing an already existing English Conversation Club, but with incorporating a new debate division in it. However, currently the club has transformed into a full-fledged debate club. Anomali has assisted the school for six years, and currently the club is flourishing in new debaters and achievements. Many of the debaters from the club have achieved scholarships due to their participation in debate activities and competitions.
